Giveaway Rules & Terms

From time to time, Signature Contracting LLC offers giveaways to thank our community and followers for their support.

To receive one entry into a giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps on the original Facebook giveaway post:

1. Follow the Signature Contracting and/or Debbie Tucker Facebook pages
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Share the giveaway post
4. Comment on the giveaway post
    

Each person may receive one standard entry for completing the required steps.

If a bonus entry opportunity is available, it will be clearly described in the original Facebook giveaway post.

Participants must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Reside within a reasonable distance of Hurricane, West Virginia
• Be able to pick up the prize or accept delivery according to the terms below
   

Signature Contracting reserves the right to verify eligibility.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced on the Signature Contracting and/or Debbie Tucker Facebook page and may be contacted via Facebook Messenger. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Signature Contracting reserves the right to select another winner.

• Free delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of Hurricane, WV.
• Winners located outside the 30-mile radius must arrange pickup within 30 days of the winning date.
   

If the prize is not picked up within 30 days, the winner will forfeit the prize, and Signature Contracting LLC will retain ownership of the item.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
• Signature Contracting reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.
• Signature Contracting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway at any time if circumstances require.
• Employees of Signature Contracting and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
   

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants agree to release Facebook from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to these official rules.

Information collected during giveaways or promotions may be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting winners, and verifying eligibility. 

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is ever completely secure. 

Our website and promotions are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
